Why People Work

We need to constantly remind ourselves of why people work.  Culture shifts happen all the time, as the shift takes place, you must also remember the hierarchy of needs.  Heady stuff, but worth remembering.   Our shift that is taking place revolves around trust, respect, innovation, and inspiration

Inspiration is a tougher one because it is an emotional feeling, which we as a technical company typically don’t actively think about, but should.  Remember – People usually won’t remember what you say, they usually won’t remember what you do,  BUT they will never forget how you make them feel.  Keep this in front of you until the common sense of it becomes a common practice by you.
